We had an incredibly luxurious experience at the five-star hotel we stayed at. The exclusive amenities - including a top-of-the-line sauna and health club - were exceptional, and the staff provided flawless service. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the private facilities were a lovely touch.
The only minor complaint we had with the hotel was that the steam bath was not working during our stay. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we still had a wonderful time.
